Secession is a hugely important part of liberty&#8211;it&#8217;s the ability of a person or a group to separate itself from a government that is not serving its purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yet at the same time, we need to be aware of inertia as a political force.
